Abstract

I introduce de/ombligamiento through this essay, an analytical-comprehensive category that emerges from the ecomagicosentipensar within the communities from Chocó and Pacific region in Colombia to question concealment, limitations, emptiness, silences, misunderstandings and/or reductionisms reproduced in researches, public policies, legislative proposals, international conventions and social interventions through concepts such as migration, forced displacement, mobility, immigration, deracination and migra-deracination. In the same perspective, this concept encompasses multidimensional impacts produced by war and extractivism in ethnicized territories. The methodological-theoretical approach used was the hermeneutic of returning. In conclusion, this paper presents a new situated interpretative and interventional framework that reappropriates spirituals, organizational, political, ontological, philosophical, and psychological perspectives relying on territory and territoriality that might be useful in narratives about war, auto/reparation processes, memory reconstruction, construction of vivir sabroso or vivir bien.
