Abstract

Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is a systemic vasculitis with multiorgan involvement. Although ocular involvement has frequently been described, there are few reported cases of extraocular myositis in this disease.

The case is presented of a Mexican woman with GPA who debuted with extraocular myositis.
