Abstract

VERGEL TOVAR, Carolina. Entre lutte armée et féminisme: quelques reflexions à propos des femmes combattantes en Colombie. Rev. Derecho Estado [online]. 2012, n.29, pp.233-263. ISSN 0122-9893.

This article adresses the situation of women in combat in Colombia. Based on what the demobilized women say, what it has been said about them, or what they are told to say, the proposed analysis intends to show the difficulties that arose in the understanding of these issues in the Colombian context. Thus, it can be useful for a non discriminatory demobilized policy, as well as for implementing measures in the international law for the promotion and protection of women under the armed conflict.

Keywords : Women condition; army; feminism; human international law; equality men-women.
