Abstract

In the study of the corporate behavior diverse models have been structured to understand the strategies developed by the companies and to find the way the organizations could last in sectorial spaces increasingly competed. These models initiated with the structuring of internal processes of the organization, later they began to look at the corporate environment planning goals to future and afterwards other disciplines were included to understand the market, the consumer and the competitors in order to establish effective competitive strategies. The aim of this study is to make a historic overview of some of the principal authors and their thinking models in order to seek coincidence lines to allow a better comprehension of that evolution.
