Although supposedly simple, this article goes through the scenes look at the role of the notary public and mediation converge, not to conceive a notary acting as mediator, but to envision this as the exercise of public functions can ensure effectiveness of mediation, either, from the use of the advisory role of the notary that allows the inclusion of mediation clauses in wills as a way to forecast inheritance disputes - family and as a means to guarantee the binding nature of mediation agreements.
