This paper proposes to contextualize the postulates of Harvard School and Chicago School as doctrinal currents that founded the protection of competition in the world. From which an analysis of the current regulations on public application of competition law in Colombia and the sanctions of the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio between the years 2009 to 2020 about price-fixing. All this in order to define the doctrinal current implemented in Colombia and its implications.
