Abstract

At present any company must face technological change, international competition and markets' growing exigencies. Because of these reasons product innovation and exports are more and more important for companies' competitiveness. The objective of this article is to ascertain the connections between product innovation, exports and organizational learning capability. These connections might be of paramount importance for those managers that could be interested in fostering the creativity of their companies.
