The goal of this article is to reflect on the new age of organizations and the new human being. It analyzes new organizational theories, people's emerging needs, the organization's adaptability to change and the contributions and implications of their analysis based on the literature review. The methodology used was the examination of available information gathered in the most relevant literature. As a result, we identified an interrelation between organizations and the new human being caused by the accelerated globalization, which produced changes in the way we relate to each other, particularly with the arrival of the Internet, that shortened distances and made information more available to people and organizations. We concluded that it is extremely important for organizations to preventively adapt to change in order to be successful in their environment, particularly regarding people's emerging needs.
