Appearing in the work process workers high or low economic capacity and resources entrepreneurs without them. The overall objective is to determine how the labor circuit judge guarantees within the ordinary labor material equality of the parties. Specific: Identify how the labor judge circuit performs the settlement hearing and the first hearing; establish whether the judge informally requested that evidence and finally check if you dare judicial decision material equality of the parties is evident in the work process. The methodology is descriptive and qualitative-quantitative, it fits the empirical/analytical paradigm. The population is made by the parties and the judge. As conclusions, the judge directing the various procedural stages development is observed. Taking the necessary steps from the filing of the complaint until sentencing.
