Access to justice in intellectual property is undoubtedly one of the most important responsibilities of States. This as a necessary condition to ensure a good social coexistence and legal certainty in the economic activity of a country like Mexico. For this reason the work of States should be to promote knowledge of the law, and confidence in the institutions of law enforcement, implementing technology and ADR, to achieve a prompt and expeditious administration of justice.
