Abstract
CRUZ MEDINA, Wilquer Herney. PROSPECTIVE STRATEGIC MODEL FOR WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF CASANARE. Tend. [online]. 2023, vol.24, n.1, pp.155-173. Epub Dec 06, 2022. ISSN 0124-8693.
Planning is the route for growth and acceleration of organizations, however, there are multiple internal and external factors that hinder the success of microenterprises. For this reason, a prospective strategic model was built for the promotion of ventures associated with the Manos de Mujer Corporation in the department of Casanare. The descriptive type of research is part of a qualitative approach through convenience sampling, applying twenty semi-structured interviews to entrepreneurs of the Corporation. Among the findings, it was found that health records are the most important variable according to the level of influence and dependency for the proper functioning of businesses in the future. It is concluded that legal records determine the growth of women's organizations in Yopal-Casanare; Therefore, the improvement of the result variables (technological infrastructure, installed capacity, financial leverage from external sources, product positioning and financial plan) is proposed so that they do not obstruct the competitive process of the ventures in the long term.
