Abstract: Socio-clinical is a knowledge production approach, that has the intention of generate a multireferential thought about psychosocial problems, it finds the individual experience as methodological strategy, because starting on it, the socio-cultural and institutional influences can be shown. The interest of this paper is to reflect about social vulnerability and orphanhood situations in female adolescents who, when living in socio-cultural environments that can't provide different identification role models and alternatives in life, get pregnant at early age and that way aggravate their social disadvantage condition. To illustrate this problem the case report of a 15 years old, Yoselin, is shown; her father is dead and got pregnant before finish secondary school. An analysis of macro, middle and individual spheres in subject's dynamics has been made to get to know the influence of institutions in her life trajectory
