This article presents a visionary analysis of post-conflict in Colombia referred exclusively to the crime of terrorism and persecution, arguing that the crime of terrorism is a fallacy that has the greatest impact on safety. Also, this expresses that in post-conflict in pursuing terrorism, there must apply other criteria respectful of human rights, otherwise it is detrimental to the freedom which would not allow a lasting peace. In this sense, it is necessary to determine with certainty from the type of crime that is terrorism and be less permissive with the real terrorists, and prevent peaceful protesters apply to government or defenseless citizens.
