This research presents the results of a liquidity risk analysis carried out at an entity in the cooperative sector in Colombia. By using the liquidity gap model proposed by the Supervision of solidarity economics and the methodology of Asset & Liability Management (Spanish acronym: GAP), a management approach was established that will enable the entity to meet its contractual obligations and avoid significant exposure to liquidity risk
