Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the relevance of the training provided in the undergraduate programs of the Faculty of Health Sciences of Universidad de Córdoba and to assess the opinion of graduates and businessmen on the requirements of the productive sector with respect to their professional profile. The research was quantitative-descriptive. Surveys were conducted in Córdoba and other departments. According to the results, the majority of graduates are performing work activities directly related to health services and its management. However, there is a need to emphasize the development of competencies associated with the systematization of information, promote administrative skills and the use of specialized software. Satisfaction with the performance of graduates in the company is rated as satisfied-very satisfied by more than 93% of the employers; regarding the graduates, satisfaction with their training exceeds 93,5%.
