Abstract

VELASQUEZ ORTIZ, Yonathan Amed. The non-return of the rural young people displaced in Caldas. rev.ces derecho [online]. 2021, vol.12, n.2, pp.23-63.  Epub Feb 16, 2022. ISSN 2145-7719.  https://doi.org/10.21615/cesder.6169.

The uprooting of young people from the rural sector of Caldas, victims of forced displacement, was analyzed. Based on the categories uprooting and re-rooting, a constitutional axiological catalog of fundamental rights is established, the Francis Dengprinciples and of the violated human rights. The young people do not wish to return to their places of origin because of the ostracism they face and the impossibility of family and social reintegration. The approach of the research was the historical hermeneutic from the documentary review and interviews where the guiding principles of internal displacement allowed to examine their main motivations, needs and impact.

Keywords : land concentration; coffee crisis; uprooting from the countryside; young people displaced; non-return; forced displacement in Caldas.
