In this interview, Léa Velho talks about her professional background and involvement with the field of Science and Technology Studies (STS), shares her main theoretical influences, her main professional achievements, and her contributions to the field. Velho reflects on the achievements of the national and Latin American community in the field of CTS, as well as how it influences public policymaking. It also deals with the relationship between this community and international networks. At the end, she exposes her considerations about the future of the field, presenting what should be the priorities and urgencies in terms of research agenda and science and technology policy.
