Abstract

Introduction: Identify that influence the evaluation of program users diabetes mellitus. Material and Methods: Data from the ENSA 2000, were analyzed, in a sample of 88,499 adults 18 years of diabetes mellitus program. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, chi-squared test; the V of Cramer and logistic regression to model the probability of issuing a negative program evaluation. Results: 81.7% gave a positive evaluation program. It found less probability to issue a negative evaluation program in the group of 81 to 90 years, in women, in public sector institutions and when expect less than 10 minutes (Exp B=.529, p>.01). Discussion and Conclusions: Age, gender, institution and the waiting time are factors that affect the perception of diabetes mellitus program evaluation.
