Abstract

Introduction: The research objective was to describe the nursing professional experience in administrative charges in health for fomenting the leadership in the professional future of nursing. Materials and Methods: Qualitative research of descriptive type with topics narrative design as it focuses on a thematic which refers to nursing leadership. Results: Three categories were gotten: successful experiences, from which there appeared two subcategories: optimal resources and care from directive charges. The other categories are named: nursing leadership and professional of future. Discussion: The results were analyzed to the information implicit finding similarities since the labor marketing suggest the nurse application about leadership and it must be modified the training of future professional and news practice settings for replying to a country needs. Conclusions: The difficulties which are coming for leadership exercises at the beginning of working life are there awe, there isn't knowledge about the rights as an employee and the doubt of nursing value. Then there will appear misunderstandings, hard interpersonal relationships, lake of positioning absence and profession recognition. Being leader is an almost since the clinical and community fields or throughout the administrative charges exercise and it must be promoted and increased in the nursing learner.
