This paper seeks to describe the adequate elements to discuss the concept of legal dogma from the perspective of classic legal realism. First, it describes the panorama of classic legal realism regarding the practical science of justice or ars iuris. Later, it indicates the epistemological and logical deficiencies that surround the immanent conception of legal dogma. Finally, it discusses the elements of a critical legal science, from positive to natural, which resignifies the place of legal doctrine in the law.
