Resumen
GARRIDO, Alexander y CARRILLO, Julián. Reactive programming in project management: conceptual approach and practical applicati. Rev. esc.adm.neg [online]. 2013, n.74, pp.72-85. ISSN 0120-8160.
Abstract Uncertainty in research projects is usually inevitable. Project managers get rid of it when identifying appropriately the risks identified in the early stages of project development. In spite of all efforts made, the undetected or uncontrolled risks may arise during the execution stage, which negatively affect the Performance Key Indicators and the stated aim or achievement. Under these circumstances, the Project Manager must respond to those undetected or uncontrolled risks. A revision of the current bibliography about project management doesn´t provide any guideline to solve this problem. In fact, this article is intended to describe the reactive programming focus through a real project made as a well- structured way to face and measure the effects of undetected or uncontrolled risks, as well as to keep up consistency in its line bases.
