When talking about the acquisition of property rights, safety and effectiveness are essential pillars of any analysis of the topic. In presence of third party acquirers it takes greater relevance, hence the opportunity to analyze the assurance of this particular subjective right, with emphasis on its essence, reason and functions; and also in determining the most efficient way to safeguard property right, as a guarantee of the effective protection of these subjects.
