Acute rhinopharyngitis was the main diagnosis ICD-10. Young people consulted for diarrhea and gastroenteritis of suspected infectious origin (6.7%); adults (5.7%) and professors (6.1%), for neck pain, and administrative workers, for unspecified viral infection (5.7%).

Conclusions

The population who attended medical consultation of the Santo Tomás University in Bucaramanga throughout 2015-2017 were mainly women and young people between 19 and 26 years.
