The article discusses about the intercultural relationships established among university students, from Santa Marta, that belongs to the metal music culture groups and university students outside this culture, whose objective is to characterize the consumption means for young people to design a proposal for space education and citizen values supported ICT. The analysis is quantitative, and is built from the categories of public sphere, hegemonies and counter-hegemonies made by the political scientist Chantal Mouffe.
