MONDACA-MIRANDA, ALEXIS. Bonds of Family for Purposes of Revoking Orders of Expulsion of Aliens According to the Supreme Court of Justice of Chile. Rev. Derecho Privado [online]. 2017, n.33, pp.237-250. ISSN 0123-4366. https://doi.org/10.18601/01234366.n33.09.
In the present article, the jurisprudence of the Supreme court -the highest court of justice in Chile- is studied. Specifically, rulings on petitions for injunctive relief filed by immigrants. Said petitions seek to abrogate orders of expulsion directed at them and issued by the administrative authority. Said petitions are based on the eventual damaging of the bonds of family that may result from the enforcement of the order of removal.
Palabras clave : Bond of family; marriage; unmarried couples; filiation; immigration; principle of proportionality of penalties.
