URIBE ARAMBURO, Nicolás Ignacio. Violence, psychology of masses and soccer bars. Rev. Crim. [online]. 2019, vol.61, n.1, pp.85-96. ISSN 1794-3108.
In this documentary research return to the approaches of Le Bon, McDougall and Freud about the violence in the masses, set out to make a comparison between the concept of mass psychological (from the Social Psychology and the Psychoanalysis) and the notion of football bar, describes and examines violent behaviors in some bars of soccer and psychosocial phenomena characteristic of the masses, such as identification, suggestion, contagion and imitation, among others. Qualitative methodological design, use of techniques such as participant observation (pickup) and the triangulation (analysis) of data, shows that some violent behaviors in football bars may be influenced by the phenomena of the masses, which can be regulated from psycho-pedagogical approaches, to reduce the harmful effects of violence.
