Within these elements, aspects related to quality of local management and public resources management don't highlight. This article provides elements of the discussion about the incidence of a good management of local public resources on the quality life and local development. To prove this hypothesis, the paper presents a set of correlations between fiscal management and some development indicators for municipalities of Antioquia. The main conclusion is that surely a good state of local public finances, positively affects the quality life of the citizens.
