Resumen
LOPEZ LOPEZ, Andrés Felipe. Bioethics and the problems of the constitution of the human sense. Rev. Lasallista Investig. [online]. 2014, vol.11, n.1, pp.78-85. ISSN 1794-4449.
Bioethical theory is a field yet to be sufficiently analyzed. It is the assertion that the depreciation of human life and that of any life form in general, is an issue that is not solved through the argumentation provided by formal ethical systems, but through the process of discovering the origin of such depreciation in the donations of sense men give to reality. This is due to the fact that any disrespect for life is explained by a position that previously has depreciated, thus moving towards the act in which killing is prioritized over existence. That is possible if Edmund Husserl's genetic analyses of experience are followed.
Palabras clave : Edmund Husserl; phenomenology; bioethics.
