CAMPBELL, Santiago et al. Spontaneous splenic rupture and chylous ascites. Acta Med Colomb [online]. 2013, vol.38, n.1, pp.32-35. ISSN 0120-2448.

We report the case of a patient in which there were two clinical manifestations considered unusual and with few reported cases in the literature: spontaneous splenic rupture and chylous ascites. The underlying disease for these presentations was a splenic marginal zone lymphoma. We make some general observations on these two presentations that must be considered.
