This article is intended to highlight the link between law and economy and its application to international juridical systems. The way under which agreements and negotiations are being executed in international trade agreements has become a reason for reconsidering the importance of acting in legal and economic fields. The way how juridical cases of the companies are presented shows the lack of legal and economic clarity, making companies to use several mechanisms to protect their interests. Before this situation, a joint economic and legal analysis makes it possible to define criteria to evaluate international economic subjects, topics such as concessions, contracts, and international property, thus improving legal-economic application in entrepreneurial and governmental cases.
