This study aims to contribute to the knowledge of the new dynamics of mobility of the population groups of Venezuelans arriving in Cúcuta and Villa del Rosario. Following a quantitative methodology an estimation of the probability of satisfaction with the territory to which one migrates is developed based on a qualitative logistic response regression model. The research shows that employment, head of household and hours worked are the most influential variables in migrant satisfaction. In the case of benefits received by this population, it is identified that their incidence is greater when complemented by employment. Women in general are the most satisfied, especially heads of household.
