Highlighting the role of entrepreneurship in professional formation and researching the capacity of company innovation is the purpose of this article based on scientific and technological research. Taken from the transversal structure of academic formation, they are analyzed as branches that are not part of professional knowledge and skills. The university, business and state relationship shows the capacity to conduct entrepreneurship research to reach the stated goals. It's time to seek formation and innovation through reaching tangible outcomes and direct application with a business approach required to internalize them in the professional field.
