In the academy it is possible to recently find some research regarding environmental crimes in the framework of theory of crime, criminal policy and criminology considering that there are many examples in the world of environmental damage as well as the participation of enterprises in this type of offences.
Objective:
the study of the eco-victim from a new method of research (the aporofobia) and with a double approach: the comparison between the north and the south also the urban eco-victim. All of this with the purpose of offering a criminal policy proposal to achieve the eco-social justice.
Method:
theoretical research searching different texts with the aim of showing some ideas and to give some useful imputs looking forward an eficient criminal policy.
Results and conclusions:
Presenting the main characteristics of eco-victima considering the comparison between north and south and the urban approach.
