The main objective of studying the term quality of work life [QWL} is to make an assessment of the perception of the workers regarding their work environments. In addition, it permits to identify the main factors that make this perception positive or negative. The purpose of this research was to determine the main variables that relate to the concept of quality of work life. It was conducted under a search of scientific articles published in the last 7 years, based on the terms of quality of work life, organizational variables, CVT and variables, CVT and relationships; in the databases of Scopus, ELSEVIER, The Thompson Reuters, CONRICyT, Emerald, and scientific repositories.
From the analysis of the information, it was determined that the main variables related to the CVL term are: managerial coaching, work effort and attractiveness, corporate social responsibility, staff turnover, work harassment, organizational change and intellectual disability; within the context of human behavior in the business world.
