The intrapreneurship is a construct that has been slowly making inroads in organizations. In fact it is a conception that well targeted brings many benefits not only companies but particularly their collaborators. Many of the contributions that employees can make through of intrapreneurship are about process designs, tools and working methods. That is where the merger at least between intrapreneurship conceptual and operational strategies. In this context it is important to note the aspects common between these theories and determine the importance that the methodology has for different organizations. This article tries to make this approach through a theoretical review of both fields of knowledge. At the end of contrast was found that the intrapreneurship not only has a strong relationship with the manufacturing strategies, but your contributions are remarkable in improving the competitive position of companies.
