Resumen
CAPDEVIELLE, Julieta. Female religious networks in the context of poverty. A case study in Malvinas Argentinas, Córdoba. Antipod. Rev. Antropol. Arqueol. [online]. 2014, n.20, pp.119-141. ISSN 1900-5407. https://doi.org/10.7440/antipoda20.2014.06.
The article analyzes the types of exchange networks existing between a church of the branch of the Free Brethren and women in a context of poverty. It is based on an understanding that the gender-related concepts held by this religious institution, the type of family formation and the position occupied by families in the social realm condition the modes of exchange. At the same time, it holds that the construction of social networks is one of the mechanisms that bring into play both the institutions and the families involved, in order to ensure their daily and generational sustainability.
