The purpose of this paper is to analyze and present a critical set forth in the triad State, Market and Civil Society in Latin vision of deep relationships. To do this, first a summary of the historical development of each of the constituent elements, characteristics and implications are presented. Subsequently, the process of economic globalization and consolidation set out in 1989 with the fall of the Berlin Wall, showing their impact on the world. Later the threads that bind these three elements (State, Market and Civil Society) expressing the consequences of market dominance over the State has brought to the civil society , presenting the case of the agricultural sector in Colombia are interwoven, clearly affected by the power of large corporations, including Monsanto, whose wild domain is about to suffocate the humble Farmer. Finally, conclusions are presented.
