Because of its applied approach, collaboration with companies is essential for digital transformation research. However, collaborative research activities are often subject to serious challenges in both the data collection and publication processes. But by considering some basic aspects, researchers can overcome this double key challenge, significantly increase the success of their collaboration and better promote research in this field.
