The incorporation of guarantees for the protection of the Human Rights of the individual and collective subjects in the processes of Land use planning in Colombia, is configured in a primary task of the State, for the effective linking of citizens to the regulation processes from the citizen participation and the construction of peace. The following document will answer the question, what are the challenges required for the consolidation of the final peace agreement, from the guarantee of Human Rights in the Colombian territorial order?
