The prolific work of Magdalena de Santiago-Fuentes (1873-1922), which covers various fields and was welcomed at the time by Spanish and European publications, shows a regenerationist vision, where the need arises for Spanish women at that time to have access to a comprehensive education and professional practice. For this reason, the works and authors translated by De Santiago-Fuentes not only reflect her pedagogical, social and literary affinities, but also confirm the essential role of translations in the dissemination of innovative ideas in Spanish society.
