The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of age at first service and age at first birth on milk production postpartum in dairy heifers raised in subtropical weather conditions, using 20 animals between the Holstein Frissian racial crossing by Bronwn Swiss, using primiparous animals with a body weight between 480 to 540 kilos and an age for first service of 17 to 32 months and age at birth of 29 to 45 months. Retrospective information of individual cards per animal of information is collected from birth until the end of the milk production parameter during the first 100 days postpartum, a linear correlation coefficient analysis was applied, using the SPSS statistical package. Age at first service and at delivery not correlated with postpartum milk production, data subject to a statistical significance of (p>0.05) error. It concludes that the average age category at first service is 26.43 months and the age at first birth is 36.96 months with an average milk production of 1746.90 kilos of milk in dairy heifers raised in subtropical conditions.
