One of the subjects with greater technicalities in the law career, is undoubtedly the subject of securities. This makes it necessary for the student or any le gal operator to have adequate tools so that he can approach the subject of study without prejudice. For this, a clear and concise writing is proposed, especially accompanied by casuistry, which, on account of some of the most common problematic aspects in the general theory of securities and how to solve them peacefully.
