Today, the practice of research ethics is supported in principialist Beauchamp & Childress theory. They proposed the ethical analysis from Prima facie four principles: autonomy, non-maleficence, beneficence and justice. The instrumentation of the principialist theory has facilitated the ethics discussion and argumentation in biomedical sciences and health research. However, the assessment and monitoring of research ethics have been bureaucratized. For both the investigator and ethics committees exercise is a process where you should verify compliance with requirements of a checklist, which is what we have been reduced in practice codes. In this model the the discussion of social justice as a priority for health research is generally excluded. For this reason, the authors consider it necessary to propose other frameworks for addressing the ethics of research are not restricted to the application of rules but to invite ethical reflection on the processes of health research. Consider taking ethics as a reflection on the justice generates a broader framework for understanding the ethics of research. Is exceeded and a limited perspective external rules and regulations to recognize it as a vital issue that involves the researcher as a moral subject.
