The objective of this article is, first, to describe how conflicts are presented and experienced in secondary school, to later reflect on imperfect peace, and the treatment and process that the school provides for school conflicts, in order to conclude with the generalities of an intercultural and non-violent proposal, as an alternative to improve coexistence between teachers and students.
