The knowledge management in the enterprises has evolved with the use of the information and communication technologies. For that reason, this article presents the results of a non-experimental quantitative investigation of type transversal-descriptive made in the city of Ocaña, Norte de Santander, Colombia, about the influence that have the TIC in the process of knowledge management inside of the organizations. The analysis results, show the impact of the TIC in the acquisition, distribution and memory of knowledge.
