CANTOR AVILA, Vivían Andrea. Territorial orders for peace in the San Juan Chocó. Bitácora Urbano Territorial [online]. 2022, vol.32, n.1, pp.31-43.  Epub 06-Jul-2022. ISSN 0124-7913.  https://doi.org/10.15446/bitacora.v32n1.98077.

The research analyzes the relationship between territorial orders and the implementation of the Peace Agreement in the middle San Juan basin, focusing on the formulation of PDETs and the management of diversity of territorialities and notions of territorial peace. Methodologically, a qualitative approach of hermeneutical triangulation was chosen, which allowed contrasting the voices of different actors. It was identified that the construction and implementation of the PDET has at least three major challenges in terms of land use planning: first, the presence of mining activities since the colonial period, a practice that has been transformed up to the present to mechanized mining, that is environmental and social unsustainable; second, the superposition of different figures of administration and land use planning; and third the majority ethnic population that represents a different territoriality typified as agrominera. When analyzed the formulation of the PDET it has several difficulties in terms of participation and recognition of the mining geohistorical context. Also, appears that State imposes his logics and spatialities, against gold territories and opportunities to create geographies for peace.
