The case of a patient diagnosed with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia with multiple systemic manifestations due to profuse bleeding, severe anemia and pulmonary arteriovenous malformations, liver and heart failure high debit adequate response to the use of bevacizumab, is presented.
