The research aim is to describe the perception from two samples of employees from Spain and Colombia, about some work and life balance practices. To this research, was elaborated a questionnaire that included ten work and life balance practices, classified in a set of three dimensions: schedule flexibility, work leaves and work resources. The questionnaire was administered to a sample of 130 employees from an enterprise in Avila (Spain) and a sample of 207 employees from an enterprise in Cali (Colombia). Results show that there are significant differences in four analyzed items in both countries. In analyzing the work life balance practices as a single construct, there are not a significant difference between samples. There is not a significant difference when analyzing the results by dimensions of work and life balance practices.
