This document is an effort to identify the models of evaluation applied in the most prominent social programs in Colombia . For this purpose, an approximation to a methodological and conceptual comparison of three predominant models is presented: the model of evaluation of attainment of objectives, the impact evaluation model, and the participatory qualitative model.
