The declaration of the state of alarm in Spain for the coronavirus epidemic has activated the possibility of making a will in the event of an epidemic regulated in the Spanish Civil Code. We propose to analyze this type of will, as well as the application of new information and communication technologies taking into account the situation of the subject and the circumstances in which it may be found, and the legal problems that may arise.
